Fahad Zahid joined the PGA of America as Head of Brand and Digital Marketing in 2021. Fahad oversees all branding on broadcast, digital, events and signage along with the overall brand strategy of the PGA of America. He leads marketing, including promoting the spectator golf majors – PGA Championship and Women’s Championship along with The Ryder Cup. Fahad is responsible for promoting the PGA of America’s mission of serving its members and growing the game. Fahad led the “We Love This Game” rebranding campaign for the PGA of America. He emphasized innovation, collaboration, teamwork and creativity as key components to building a strong brand story of an organization that serves more than 30k PGA of America Golf Professionals that lead the golf industry while impacting lives through golf. Fahad oversees the marketing relationship with PGA of America’s media partners – CBS, ESPN and NBC to drive promotion, activations and fan engagement. He works closely with the digital team on content strategy, social media, website properties and managing its consumer database of golfers and fans. Fahad previously led global paid media and marketing automation for Thomson Reuters, bringing all digital paid media in-house internationally across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. Prior to that, he worked at the agency, The Richards Group, leading digital strategy for clients T-Mobile and Home Depot. When and where is Activate Summit?

Activate Summit will be held in San Jose at the Signia by Hilton from April 1 – 3, 2025.

What is the dress code for Activate Summit?

Business comfortable attire is recommended for all functions related to Activate. A jacket or sweater is recommended for air-conditioned rooms at the Signia Hotel.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. If you have dietary restrictions that are not mentioned in the registration form, please email us at activate@iterable.com.

Which airport should I fly into?

Best options for airports near San Jose are San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San Jose International Airport (SJC).

What is the registration cost?

Please see the ticket section on the landing page for the latest pricing. Pricing will change depending on time of purchase.

How do I get an invoice? 

After you purchase your ticket, a copy of your invoice will be sent to the email you used to register with. If you did not receive the invoice, please double check to make sure the email was not sent to your spam folder. Also, feel free to reach out to activate@iterable.com to receive a new copy of your invoice.

Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

We understand plans change. Please email activate@iterable.com.

What is the registration cancellation policy?

In the case that Activate is canceled, a full refund will be provided within a week. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email activate@iterable.com.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

The Signia by Hilton discounted room block has a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to your arrival. If you do not cancel within prior to 72-hours, you will be charged one-night room/tax.

Is there a group rate available?

Yes, you will recieve 30% off each of the current ticket prices when you register three or more guests for Activate Summit.

How can I get help with accessibility during the conference?

Iterable is committed to ensuring that Activate Summit is an inclusive event that all people, including those with disabilities, can participate in. Are meals included in my registration?

Meals are provided for all attendees for breakfast, lunch and refreshments during the main conference days (Tuesday, April 1– Thursday, April 3). Evening hors d’oeuvres options will be offered at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, April 1 and at the Iterable Party on Wednesday, April 2.

Daily meals have been designed to accommodate gluten, dairy, and nut free attendees. Vegetarian/vegan options will also be offered.

Is there a discount for non-profit organizations?

We do offer a special rate for non-profit organizations, please email activate@iterable.com to learn more.
