Break down data silos by easily controlling your data structure in a simple to use UI. Adding to the Ingest Toolkit is data schema management, a visual experience that allows you to add new fields to user profiles or custom events and define the data types – all directly within Iterable. With the addition of Field Lock, you can also ensure no new fields are accidentally created. With greater control over your data, you’ll drive faster activation, collaboration, and reporting across systems and teams.
Augment your Snowflake data with Iterable’s AI Powered Insights to fuel better marketing decisions across your entire customer lifecycle. Now Iterable’s Brand Affinity and Predictive Goals, our AI Powered user insights, are automatically shared to the Snowflake accounts of eligible brands. AI Powered user insights are part of the full user profile data update to Snowflake Data Share – complementing the campaign data already flowing for eligible customers. This update further eliminates the need for custom pipelines and provides centralized access to data that will help you amplify the impact of every customer touchpoint.
Other Product Updates (now available!):
Async Export API: Improved reliability for very large exports of campaign analytics data in CSV or JSON formats with an asynchronous version of this API. These new endpoints scale export capabilities so you can process large volumes of data—up to 100GB per job.
Studio Tile Updates: The Yes/No Data Split Tile is updated to display the entry source that was selected in the Start tile, so it’s clearer that you can filter on the entry source event. The Hold Until Tile update creates smarter, more efficient journeys with a tile that holds users until an event or user profile update occurs.
Journey Webhook Rate Limiting: Updated the Call webhook tile within Studio to give you the ability to throttle webhook sends that are originating from within a journey to avoid overloading endpoints.
