In four years, the Airbnb brand has won countless awards, now defines popular culture and is valued at over $35bn. In 2006 Jonathan became VP of Global Advertising Strategy and Creative at The Coca-Cola Company after a career running successful ad agencies. When is Activate?

Activate San Francisco has been postponed and will be rescheduled to a later date. Sign up for updates below or email activate@iterable.com to receive email notifications once confirmed.

Am I allowed to attend the Conference Customer Workshops?

If you are an existing Iterable Customer, you are welcome to attend any of three workshops. The $100 workshop add-on will give you access to Foundations, Mobile and Advanced Personalization. If you are not an Iterable Customer, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate you in the Customer Workshops.

I have completed my registration and want to make a change, how do I do this?

Email activate@iterable.com with the email address you used to register and the change you would like to make.

I’d like to bring a colleague or friend. Is there a group rate?

The more the merrier! For groups of 5 or more, we are able to provide a group discount. Email activate@iterable.com or contact your Iterable representative for more information.

Is Activate cancelled? What is the cancellation policy?

We are committed to the safety and well-being of the entire Activate community. At this time, we have decided to postpone Activate San Francisco and will update the community once a new date and/or virtual event has been confirmed.

In the case that Activate is cancelled, a full refund will be provided within 72 hours. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email activate@iterable.com and we will get you sorted.

Are substitutions permitted?
We understand plans change. Email activate@iterable.com by May 15 and we will help transfer your ticket.
I have already purchased a ticket to Activate. In the case that I can’t make the new event date, will I be refunded?

Yes, we will notify all current ticket holders of the new conference format once confirmed. In the case that you cannot make the new event date, we will fully refund your ticket.
