Foundations Workshop | 25 May at 1:00 PM BST
Are you new to Iterable or have you been with us for awhile and would like a refresh on all the basics? Then this workshop is for you! Join us for this four hour, pre-conference workshop at Activate.
By the end of this foundations workshop you’ll be able to:
- Configure a sandbox project within Iterable to enable sending a campaign including message channels, message types and sender email addresses
- Create a template, maintain a list and send a campaign from Iterable
- Create an onboarding journey using workflows, user and event data and filters to ensure a personalized and optimized experience
Advanced Workshop | 25 May at 1:00pm BST
Have you mastered the foundations of Iterable and are hungry for more? Then this workshop is for you! Join us for this four hour, pre-conference workshop at Activate.
By the end of this advanced workshop you’ll be able to:
- Plan and implement an ongoing sunset policy using segmentation to act on list-hygiene best practices
- Determine the initial campaign steps to take with a newly cleaned list to boost positive engagement metrics in the 60 days following their initial sunsetting campaign
- Implement ongoing industry-validated deliverability practices to send the right message, to the right people, at the right time, creating memorable experiences for their customers

Activate Summit Europe’s main programming is on Thursday, 26 May, 2022. If you are a customer, join us for Foundations or Advanced Workshop on Wednesday, 25 May, 2022.

What is the registration cost?
Please see the ticket section on the landing page for the latest pricing. Pricing will change depending on time of purchase.
How do I get an invoice?
After you purchase your ticket, a copy of your invoice will be sent to the email you used to register with. If you did not receive the invoice, please double check to make sure the email was not sent to your spam folder. Also, feel free to reach out to activate@iterable.com to receive a new copy of your invoice.
Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?
We understand plans change. Please email activate@iterable.com.
Covid Policy
We are fully committed to our guests’ safety, so note attendance is limited.
We recently partnered with health experts to ensure we follow COVID-compliant guidelines for this event. We politely request that you only attend this in-person event if you have not experienced any COVID symptoms within 48 hours of the event.

Will the Keynotes and Sessions be available in other languages?
Unfortunately, Keynotes and Sessions will only be available in English.

Which airport should I fly into?
Best options for airports near London are Heathrow (LHR) and Gatwick (LGW).
Is there a hotel block reserved for the event?
Unfortunately, we do not have a block of rooms available for the event. The hotels closest to the venue are the Marriott County Hall or the Park Plaza County Hall.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
Iterable’s top priority is the health & safety of our attendees and making it easier for you to join us at Activate Summit Europe 25-26 May, 2022, in London. We understand that every situation and region may be different during this time. As a result, we have implemented a risk-free registration process. The cancellation deadline is 13 May, 2022, 1159 GMT.
In-Person Cancellation Terms:
• After you register, if you are no longer able to attend in-person in London, a full refund of your pre-paid registration fee will be available if you cancel by 13 May, 2022, 1159 GMT. If you decide to cancel after this date, your pre-paid registration fee will automatically be applied toward your registration to Activate Summit Europe 2023.
• The deadline to request a full refund is 13 May, 2022, 1159 GMT. Your cancellation must be received by the stated cancellation deadline and will be accepted in writing only to: activate@iterable.com.
• No shows for the event will not receive a refund or credit.
• This cancellation policy applies to registration and any add-on items you have purchased in connection with Activate Summit Europe 2022, including customer workshops.
• This cancellation policy is not applicable to sponsorship & exhibitor agreements. Please see your sponsorship and exhibitor agreement for Iterable’s cancellation policy for sponsors and exhibitors.
Travel Restrictions: If due to COVID-19 travel restrictions are imposed in the providence or country from which you are traveling prevents your in-person attendance, Iterable will work with you to credit the registration value towards a future event or refund the full amount.
Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel and travel reservations.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
There is an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions during the registration process. If you have dietary restrictions that are not mentioned in the registration form, please email us at activate@iterable.com.
