Forrester Names Iterable Among Cross-Channel Solutions in 2019 Report

To enable growth marketers to evolve from campaign-centric practitioners to customer-centric strategists, we’re honored to be recognized by Forrester’s independent research firm in its Now Tech: Cross Channel Campaign Management (CCCM), Q2 2019 report.

Iterable made the list of 42 solutions that B2C marketers can leverage, according to the report, “to better understand your customers, execute your brand strategy across channels, and orchestrate digital and offline customer experiences.”

Forrester defines CCCM as “enterprise marketing technology that supports customer data management, analytics, segmentation, and workflow tools for designing, executing, and measuring campaigns for digital and offline channels.”

The report provides an overview of relevant solutions so marketers can understand what to expect from a CCCM technology and how to select the right platform for their business based on size and functionality.

In a commissioned study last year, Forrester Consulting analyzed the Total Economic Impact™ of Iterable, concluding that the platform’s key benefits of higher customer engagement, sophisticated segmentation and personalization, and product ease of use can result in a $41 million increase in additional revenue over a three-year period.

We believe Forrester’s inclusion of Iterable on this Now Tech: CCCM list amplifies the significant growth we have accomplished so far in 2019, including our recent $50 million Series C funding and naming Jeff Samuels, former global vice president of Cisco’s security business, as Iterable’s COO.
