What brings you joy in your role?

Building marketing journeys, seeing users respond positively, and knowing the work I do directly impacts growth is incredibly fulfilling. Taking ownership of an idea, bringing it to life, and watching it drive measurable outcomes is the ultimate motivator for me.

 

How do you stay inspired or motivated in your work?

I stay motivated by seeing clear, real-world results from my work. At Lingvano, every campaign directly translates into people learning sign language, improving their lives, and fostering genuine inclusion. Knowing that each marketing effort measurably impacts user growth and engagement pushes me to consistently deliver my best.

 

What tips, tricks, or pieces of advice would give a new Iterable user?

Before diving into campaigns or exploring Iterable’s features, take a step back to deeply understand your product and user journey. Get clarity on why people choose your product, which value propositions resonate most, and where friction points exist. Spend time proactively reading user feedback, talking with your support team, and really internalizing user motivations. Once you have that foundation, jump into Iterable Academy. It’s exactly how I got started. It’s a powerful resource packed with practical guidance and strategies you’ll actually use. Every hour invested there pays off by empowering you to build smarter, more effective campaigns from day one.

 

What challenges was your team experiencing before Iterable? How has Iterable helped address these challenges?

As an app-first company at Lingvano, we needed a streamlined platform that integrated seamlessly with our mobile experience. Previously, we used separate tools for push notifications and emails, causing fragmented workflows and making it difficult to see the complete user journey. Iterable transformed this process for us. By bringing push, email, and in-app messaging into one platform, we now have a unified view of our users. Combining these channels has not only made our marketing operations more efficient but also significantly improved our ability to analyze campaign impact and optimize results in real-time. With Iterable, we’re confidently running more personalized, data-driven campaigns that directly boost user engagement and retention. 

 

Besides Iterable, what are the other tools in your marketing toolkit that you can’t live without?

Real-time, predictive personalization driven by AI. We’re moving beyond basic segmentation toward anticipating users’ future needs and behaviors. Marketers who master this predictive engagement will lead the next wave of growth.

 

What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

Own outcomes, not tasks. This mentality pushes me to think beyond just completing projects, focusing instead on tangible, measurable impact.
