Fun Facts

Before starting my career in Marketing, I lived in New Zealand for a year, funding my time there by working all sorts of jobs, including in bars, restaurants, a pear farm, and even a fish factory!
I’m a qualified scuba diver and would love to live by the ocean one day.
One of my personal goals this year is to complete the UK’s National Three Peaks Challenge.

What brings you joy in your role?

I get to work with teams across the business and on many different types of projects so no two days are the same.

 

What are some of your career highlights or campaigns that you’re especially proud of?

We recently launched a rewards program – Kuda Premium – and it’s been one of my favourite projects to work on. It really challenged us to think both creatively and strategically to develop hyper-personalized messages relevant to the customers’ progress. Seeing positive feedback from users on the program has also been extra motivating for the team.

 

What tips, tricks, or pieces of advice would give a new Iterable user?

Start simple, gather insights, and build from there. Whether you’re running experiments, exploring messaging channels, or leveraging data points, this approach helps maintain focus and drive meaningful results. Also, make the most of Iterable’s great customer support—their web chat responses are always super fast and helpful. Iterable Academy is also a really useful resource. I find it especially valuable when onboarding new team members, as it allows them to upskill independently and get hands-on with the platform in no time.

 

What’s your long-term vision with Iterable?

Our long-term vision with Iterable is to build a best-in-class contact strategy for our customers, delivering hyper-targeted content that engages users at the perfect time and place. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved already, but there’s always opportunity to optimise further and we aim to make the most of all of Iterable’s features to keep refining our approach.

 

As a consumer, what brings you joy from a brand’s outreach/communication?

I love when a brand’s outreach feels fun and unexpected – whether it’s a surprise reward, playful personalization, or even a clever joke. In a world of constant communication, these little moments of delight make a brand stand out and create a more memorable, engaging experience for me.

 

How do you stay up–to–date with the latest trends and developments in marketing?

I like to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends by subscribing to newsletters (Lenny’s, MarketingBrew and ReallyGoodEmails are a few of my favourites), attending events and conferences and chatting to friends and peers in the industry as much as possible.

 

What’s one thing that can instantly make your day better?

Sunshine! Living in London, you learn to appreciate it whenever you can!

 

What is one goal you’d like to achieve in your lifetime?

Becoming fluent in a language. I know a little bit of Spanish but I’ve got a long way to go!
