How do you stay inspired or motivated in your work?
Signing up for other people’s email and SMS programs, and finding something neat they are trying, as well as networking to learn more about what other marketers are focusing on.
What is a common misconception about your role?
We’re not just focused on email performance—our priority is ensuring a cohesive customer journey, from the first ad interaction all the way through the entire experience.
What tips, tricks, or pieces of advice would give a new Iterable user?
Take the Iterable Academy courses and lean on your CSM for strategic partnership. Iterable Customer Success Managers are very knowledgable, and if they don’t know something, they will find an answer to a complex problem.
What led you to choose Iterable over others in the market?

As a consumer, what brings you joy from a brand’s outreach/communication?
Clean email design that is easy to digest and a fun, creative take on imagery.
