What brings you joy in your role?
I find joy in the creative process of transforming insights into innovative test concepts that enhance the customer experience. Seeing team collaborations lead to meaningful, measurable impact is incredibly rewarding.
How do you stay inspired or motivated in your work?
Knowing that our messages facilitate travel to some of life’s most meaningful moments motivates me. My own passion for travel provides firsthand inspiration and fuels my eagerness to test and learn new strategies.
What tips, tricks, or pieces of advice would give a new Iterable user?
My advice: Get familiar with your data early to enable swift anomaly detection. Additionally, leverage your Iterable CSM as a strategic partner to explore challenges and unlock deeper platform usage.
What’s your long-term vision with Iterable?
My long-term vision with Iterable is to elevate customer communications to achieve hyper-relevant messages that are driven by intelligent frequency and channel preferences.
As a consumer, what brings you joy from a brand’s outreach/communication?
I’m delighted when brands demonstrate predictive value and an understanding of my unique needs. For example, receiving a message inspired by my recent purchase that is timed perfectly with when I began needing the next item and hits my inbox based on my typical search window. This resonates with me and sparks joy!
Besides Iterable, what are the other tools in your marketing toolkit that you can’t live without?
Some of my most commonly used tools are: Google Gemini for efficiency and creativity, Figma for design review, Jira for project management, Litmus for multi-device QA, and Tableau for analytics.
What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?
“If everything is important, then nothing is important.”
It’s a good reminder to prioritize relentlessly. This advice has shaped my approach to many things, from customer-centric messages to project management.
If you weren’t a marketer, what would you be?
I’d be in event coordination, crafting immersive experiences that bring people together by leveraging the same narrative-building skills I use today to create compelling marketing campaigns.
