What brings you joy in your role?
Finding new and unique ways to engage users with our platform and solving complex problems previously thought impossible truly excites me. We see users reach out to us excited about a message they received, and it truly is a great feeling to see the impact our organization has on our customers. Seeing people smile from the work we’ve accomplished is rewarding in itself.
How do you stay inspired or motivated in your work?
I stay inspired in my work by continually seeking out and collaborating with people who have big goals and ideas. This allows me to consistently grow and expand our platform’s reach into new and uncharted territories. I continue to try to explore new opportunities through continuous and iterative testing and development and always stay open to change.
What tips, tricks, or pieces of advice would give a new Iterable user?
Experimentation is crucial in finding what truly resonates. What succeeds for one might not for another. I can’t recommend enough taking advantage of Iterable’s AI to discover the marketing channels that best suit you and your industry. It’s about carving your own path to success by understanding and utilizing the tools that fit your unique needs.

Additionally, I actively participate in webinars and workshops to deepen my understanding and apply new strategies in my work.
