What brings you joy in your role?

I find making small tweaks and then keeping an eye on the results in experiments is way too much fun. It’s a passion that keeps me engaged and I’m always looking for innovative strategies to test.

I love trying new ideas to ignite engagement with our emails. There are so many little tweaks you can make and watching experiments is always exciting. I may need another hobby.

 

How do you stay inspired or motivated in your work?

I stay inspired and motivated in my work by actively engaging with and supporting small businesses in my community. As Alignable serves small businesses, I believe it’s crucial to better understand their challenges and successes firsthand. By staying connected with the business community, I constantly find new sources of inspiration and motivation to excel in my role at Alignable.

 

What tips, tricks, or pieces of advice would give a new Iterable user?

Having used Iterable extensively and benefited from their excellent support, I highly recommend everyone take advantage of their chat support. The team is incredibly responsive, with answers often provided within minutes. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or issues you encounter during your use of the platform, really no question is too small.

 

What’s your long-term vision with Iterable?

My long-term vision with Iterable revolves around leveraging AI capabilities to enhance our marketing strategies. I’m particularly excited about using AI to build behavior-based journeys and predict the next best emails for our members. While I already utilize AI extensively for many of my daily tasks, integrating it into the platform is a key factor in our long-term success and growth.

 

As a consumer, what brings you joy from a brand’s outreach/communication?

I appreciate brands who have fun with their emails/sms and don’t take themselves too seriously.

 

How do you stay up–to–date with the latest trends and developments in marketing?

I stay up-to-date with the latest trends by subscribing to weekly digital marketing digests, which are always accessible in my inbox. Additionally, I use Mailcharts for ideas and insights.

 

If you weren’t a marketer, what would you be?

In the summer I want to sell homemade goods at farmers markets and in the winter I’d like to be a homicide detective.

 

What is one goal you’d like to achieve in your lifetime?

I’d like to walk the Camino De Santiago Trail in Spain.
